ANTIQUE Artists REEVES & Sons 1899 dated hand held stumping VINTAGE paintbox

A very rare example of a hand held stumping box by REEVES & Co. It has a label on the back showing that this was awarded as a prize by East Suffolk County Council in 1899. The contents are as shown, the leather block is removed to reveal the hole which enables the box to be held in one hand. With charcoal and various other contents inside as shown.
