Antique Victorian French Hand Painted Ladies Fan Williamsburg. This beautiful fan was derequistiined from Williamsburg Colonial colkection. It is hand painted silk witha scene of a garden with ladies and gentlemen. The guards are mother of pearl with cutouts and raised flowers.

A beautiful gloss on the mother of pearl. There is a small stabalizing repair half way down one gaurd on the side near a white flower. The leaf is loose ifrom a spine in one spot near the left guard.

The fan has been kept folded, never stretched for display. A stunning piece in amazing condition for its age.
