ANTIQUE VICTORIAN HAND CARVED LAVA CAMEO BACCHANTES BRACELET c1870. An antique white metal (possibly low grade silver in places) bracelet, with a bolt ring fastener and set with six hand carved lava cameos depicting classical bacchantes. Distinctive, collectible & so wearable! CONDITION : Slight signs of detail wear & abrasions to cameos commensurate with age and use, one or two chips to edges. Discolouration to one or two cameos - see pictures.

Link rings/chains & clasp old replacements. DIMENSIONS : 8 ½ inches long, cameos approx. 27 x 24 mm (1 inch = 25.4 mm). To give an impression of scale, the coin is 19 mm or ¾ of an inch diameter.
