Antique Victorian Paper Fan Hand Painted in Cream Shadowbox Frame 24 X 16. This Fan is beautiful and is in amazing condition! The hand painted paper fan has Victorian people with embossed gold details and scalloped edges. The sticks are filigree and carved wood with some shinny scattered dots. The filet has a metal loop and small pearl button at the pivot.

The very nice detailed tassel is still attached! The frame is newer in a cream color with a gold inner trim and is in very good condition and adds a nice soft look to the piece. The frame measures 24 x 16 x. 2.25, there are two hangers on the back for stability.
