THIS PIECE WAS REMOVED FROM THE BOTTOM OF A SKIRT. THE PIECE IS WIDEST IN THE CENTER AND NARROWS AS IT GOES TOWARD EACH END. THERE ARE FOUR SMALL BRIDE BREAK HOLES, TWO OF WHICH ARE NEAR THE TOP EDGE. I PERSONALLY WOULD LAUNDER TO REMOVE MILD AGE COLOR. GREAT FOR CLOTHING OR HOME DECOR.
