A very good looking early piece, it has a very gothic or Jacobean look and feel to it, the carving is primitive and of the period, it looks amazing from all angles. The cupboard has been lightly restored to include a deep clean hand condition wax and hand polish, the timber is very old as such there will be small losses, warping and timber shrinkage. This is a good honest piece of early English furniture, its not trying to be anything else.
