A beautiful hand-painted fan with what appear to be Victorian scenes. The fan has lovely white spines with very fine hand-painting as well. The spines have guilt decoration. The outside frame is magnificent and in excellent condition, glass is intact. The velvet background has some discoloration and it appears to look lighter in color.
