14K Victorian Hand Carved Coral Dragon Pendant

A precious and pristine carved dragon. This pendant is hand carved from a red/salmon colored natural untreated coral. The dragon features amazing details, so please zoom in on the photographs for your confirmation. I date this pendant from the mid 1800s. The top or cap is crafted from solid 14K yellow gold, not hallmarked but tested and confirmed.

The cap features a soldered ring and loop as the bail. It is presented in excellent condition, however, the dragon has a slight cross bite, just had to add that in for a chuckle. It is lovely and fun and very unique. Length Inclusive of bail and loop: 36 mm. Width and depth: 13.6 mm x 13.6 mm.
