18K Yellow Gold Antique Pearl Hand Painted Victorian Lady Brooch Pendant -LB2364

This gorgeous pendant is yellow gold marked in the back K18 ITALY and it is guaranteed to be solid gold. The brooch/pendant is a hand painted portrait of a beautiful young lady.

It looks like there are two diamonds one on her forehead and one on her neck and there is also a small green stone on her hair. The frame has cobalt blue enamel all the way around and has floral design at the top and sides. The enamel has worn off a bit at the bottom and and lightly on the little flowers on the side.

The brooch also has genuine 3mm pearls that go all the way around the frame, the nacre in some of the pearls ha worn off a little due to age, but none of them are chipped or broken and they are all in there. The small gap at the bottom is where the wire that is holding the pearls go in to tie in the back of the brooch. This is a gorgeous brooch/pendant and a very rare find. Overall, it is in very good condition.

This is a perfect brooch for a collector. SIZE: 2" in length including the bail by 1-3/8" in width TOTAL WEIGHT: 13.6 Grams CONDITION: This brooch is in very good vintage condition for its age. Some of the blue enamel design has worn off at the bottom, some of the pearls nacre has worn off a bit but are not chipped and all there, there are some minor scratches on the crystal.
