Absolutely beautiful pin, lovely hand painted victorian portrait pin with gold gilding. I took this to the local jewelry antique dealer they told me it was gold filled.

It has beautiful vibrant color. It is in good condition minimal wear considering the age. I could not find any markings on it, the style reminds me of Limoges but I do not know the maker. I believe it may be French but not positive.
