Vintage silver on copper, hand chased punch bowl set, Made in England. Stunning bowl is 12 across and 8 tall. The ladle might not be a match but also made in England, in Sheffield. Bowl is marked 1055 and cups are 1060; also marked E.

Vintage item will look very nice after polishing. I did not find any dents. There is a small hole on bottom of punch bowl seen in last photo, but it is on the footed base, not the bowl part.
