Antique Unusual Queen Louise Hand Painted Oval Porcelain Black Enamel Frame

This beautiful Victorian brooch belonged to my grandmother and is in mint condition. Although there are other hand painted porcelain renditions of Queen Louise, I haven't seen one with a hand painted enamel frame. The black and gold floral design makes the brooch truly unique. In addition, the pearl necklace is raised. The porcelain is stamped with a "31" on the back. I do not know what significance the number has. I don't know whether the frame is gold filled, but it was acid tested and less than 10K.
