Antique Victorian Ca 1868 Fireman's Hand Held Brass Muffin Fire Alarm Bell

Up for consideration this large antique working Victorian circa 1868 fireman's hand held brass muffin fire alarm bell with turned wood handle. Found in Baltimore, MD estate sale; this rare item measures 9 3/4" long with bell 4 7/8" across. When looking at enlarged pictures you will see some staining & dots that look like pits but they are not pits. You will also see some paint, light scratchs near center of paint side which looks like BOL, & 2 small nicks along edge where copper shows on non paint side.
