For offer is an Antique Victorian Cast Iron Embossing Stamp Press which is Hand Painted with green, and gold designs and has some lovely Patina. The embossing plate has two words on it.
"Cluny" and "Elgin" Cluny may refer to a person's last name, or business name, and Elgin is most likely the town in Moray, (Speyside) Scotland. Condition: In fine working condition.
Paint is worn in some places, commensurate with the piece's age and use. This item would make a fine addition to a collection or could be used as a decorative/functional purpose, such as a doorstop, paperweight, or bookend.
