Antique Victorian Faux Tortoise Shell Locket Pendant 9k Gold Hand Carved

The flower on the locket is 9k gold so I was told, I'm not sure about the lining inside but very much so as there's no marks or tarnish. The locked has hand carved details, very beautiful and unusual.
