Antique Victorian Hand Painted and Lace Hand Fan Circa 1870. A lovely Victorian lace hand fan with a central hand painted panel, from the 19th century, circa 1870.

With handmade bobbin lace applique on net, backed with cream colored satin. The central panel is hand painted on silk with a musical theme. The sticks are in perfect condition and the guardstick length is 10 5/8. With a diamond paste rivet and brass loop.
