Piece does not currently have any visible makers marks - possibly French or German. Has some signs of use, age, and wear but no broken or missing pieces from general inspection. Beautiful condition overall especially for the age. Gorgeous hand painted purple flowers along the outside. Includes cork stopper on the bottom. Beautiful addition to any vintage Victorian vanity collection.
