Antique Victorian Hand Painted Brise Hand Fan 1870 Artist Signed Flevi Courting

Spectacular fan with a hand painted scene of a courting couple. It is signed Flevi on the bottom right. There is one crack in the plastic or celluloid right about the lady's head. I have not tried to clean it.
