Antique Victorian handmade French mother of pearl ornate lace satin hand fan

The fan features a black satin backing with very elaborate handmade lace mounted to the front. Up for sale is a nice quality antique handmade French Victorian hand fan. The arms are carved out of pieces of mother of pearl and bound together with a brass bail.
