Antique Victorian Miniature Portrait Brooch Hand Painted Porcelain Biedermeier. Late Beidermeier to early Victorian antique hand painted portrait brooch mounted in brass. The painting is an original one of a kind naive portrait; not a stock model or portrait. It is a lovely piece in good vintage condition with minor wear.

It measures approximately 1.75 " x 2". It closes with a C clasp. The brass mounting has a light patina. Portrait brooches of this age and condition do not often come up for sale. It has a few tiny light scratches, consistent with age and use.
