Antique Victorian Picture Locket and Box Link Chain 14kt Gold Hand Engraved

We offer for your consideration this beautiful Victorian Picture Locket and Chain. This is a beautiful hand engraved locket, it is fully engraved front and back, with a floral pattern, on the front are the initials "MP" It still has a tiny lock of hair inside it, but no picture. The chain is a choker length, interlocked folded box style chain.

Each of the links have a tiny diamond shape in a textured field with a small plane border. The chain features a hidden tab box fastener.

The workmanship on both the locket and the chain is just wonderful. It is a shame we could not find any makers, or karat stamps, but the chemical tests indicate that the gold used is between 14-18 karat. We are confident with the 14 karat test result. This Locket and chan weigh in at 10.93 grams.
