This rare antique Victorian brooch features an intricate filligree design hand-crafted in 15k yellow gold, set with faceted oval red rubillites, and completed with a saltwater natural pearl in the center. Brooch can also be worn as a pendant. Made in United Kingdom circa 1880s.
