Antique Victorian Sterling Silver Hand Carved Shell Cameo Pendant Necklace 16

It is not a cast piece. The bezel setting includes a gold rope trim. It is 9/16" at the widest point and 1/4" deep at the highest point. In excellent condition, the chain is marked, and the pendant was carefully tested.
