A stunning Victorian 14Kt Gold Agate Hardstone Cameo Brooch in the style of Castellani c1875, which depicts a young woman in Victorian Dress. (please see the detailed close-up photographs provided, which form an integral part of the item's description). This wonderful Antique Renaissance Revival Cameo is set in a fine ornate 14Kt Gold Mount (typical of the Period it is unmarked but it has been tested and is guaranteed to be made from solid 14Kt Gold). The fine Hardstone Cameo is collet set above a broad border with applied Gold Wirework Scrolls, Ropetwist & Bead Decoration with further Beads applied to the edge. Overall the Brooch is in great condition with only light wear commensurate with age, as shown.

The Brooch has the following dimensions. Length - it is approximately 2 Inches or 50mm Tall (with adjustable bail). Width - it is approximately 1 Inch or 25mm Wide.

Depth - it is approximately 1/2 Inch or 13mm Deep (from the Gold backplate to top of the Cameo). Weight - it weighs: 12 grams. In summary, this is a stunning Antique.
