Franz Pallme Konig Koenig FPK Hand Painted Flowers Bohemian Glass ca. 1890
FPK Hand Painted Bohemian Glass - circa 1890. Beautifully blue, violet and green pastel colored leaves and brown vine with gold flowers on a warm creamy background.
The background is a soft tan with a moss greenish tinge. The four gold flowers are lovely one large center flower and three various sized gold buds. I'm assuming the colors are applied enamel. The top band is a deep cranberry and the two bands around the vase are painted in gold. FPK is well marked on the bottom.
The Franz Pallme Koenig factory was in Austria. The vase is estimated circa 1890s. It is 9 inches tall and 2.75 inches wide at the widest with a 1 inch opening at the mouth and a 2 inch footing. Excellent antique or vintage condition with no scratches, cracks, chips, or repairs. Minor wear to paint and bottom consistent with age.
