HAND-BUILT Wooden Victorian Mansion-Style Dollhouse. Each facet of this stunning model is done in hand cut, stained, or painted wood, with lovely wallpaper over the interior and acrylic, accentuated doors and windows. This three story house features seven rooms: a parlor and an entertainment room on the ground floor, a landing and two bedrooms on the second floor and a game room and another bedroom on the third floor. The main floor features mahogany-stained wooden floors.

A big bay window in the parlor room looks over the expanse of your imagination, with a cozy reading nook to watch the day go by. Two balconies adorn the exterior of the house. These can be accessed by the two second-floor bedrooms through sliding doors. The loft is gently sloped to accommodate the Mansard roof, and each room has lovely porthole windows.

The Mansion is finished with a large square belvedere! The exterior of the house is painted in a warm green, tan, brown, and white colorway. The mansard roof has intricately carved, natural wood shingles. The masonry is wonderfully textured for an encompassing tactile experience. The mansion sits atop a wooden base that is removable for transport or play. Most of the doors and windows are interactive! And did I mention the belvedere? It finishes this dream house perfectly! Please join me in a tour of this marvelous house! This item is in EXCELLENT condition! There are only a few signs of light and respectful play, and no major damage or repairs.

The interior is clean and without odor. It has been disinfected with an exceedingly light, neutral detergent. While the exterior of the house shows very few signs of use, one of the front windows shows some very small chipping, likely due to the opening and closing of the windows.

The house is structurally sound and sits flat without rocking! Height to top of Belvedere: 41 ½ Length of House: 30 ½ Depth of House: 20 ½.
