Large Artist Signed Antique Hand Carved Shell Cameo Lady Profile Victorian

I do not know the metal. It does not stick to a magnet. Possibly gold or gold filled. I could not find any marks. Please note there are some cracks which you can see under a light.

This also appears to be signed. I can't make out the signature.
