Victorian ETRUSCAN Hand Painted CHERUB Locket Necklace. Gorgeous high end antique Victorian Etruscan Locket. Stunning Hand Painted image of a little caged cherub, a common symbol of the era, representing being trapped by love. Beautiful, intricate, hand painted details.

Painting is covered by GLASS. Inside is an oval shaped frame with GLASS cover. Beautiful GF classic Victorian etruscan locket. It has a nice tight closure, closes with a snap.

There are 2 pin dot indentations on the back, very shallow, hardly noticeable. Chain is sterling gilt that matches the locket beautifully.

Please expect normal wear commensurate with the age of the piece. Locket measures 1 inch across. Locket measures 1 3/4 inches up and down (without bale). Chain measures 18 inches long.
