Antique Victorian or Georgian lady / Queen. It is hand painted porcelain cameo portrait plaque.

Mounted in a rolled gold 10k gold bezel. The bezel tests 10k gold. The painting is well done. Painting appears to be of Queen Louise of Prussia.

It is detailed and in good vintage condition. The original cameo and bezel were re-mounted, most likely in late 1930s to 1940s mount with a rollover safety clasp with a short pin and hinge. It is a small brooch.

It measures approximately 1 1/4 inches in diameter. Brooch is even more lovely in real life. The camera flash washes out the painting. See photos for full description and condition.
