Generally I don't like Listing any glass damaged. A recent sale of one of these with a broken tooth brought over 1400.00 and it was only 14 inches. I guess its just a matter of rarity. It is rare and shows up In the Mt Washington catalog. It is in the popular Russian pattern first cut by Hawkes in Corning NY about 1886. This pattern was latter cut by many different houses and latter became the Press glass pattern known as Daisy and Dot. Condition is the issue with this piece have 4 or 5 teeth partially damaged and a crack which can only be seen clearly on the inside radiating from one of the damaged teeth inward about 1 1/2 to 2 inches and then flaring. Please check pictures I describe as best I can. This item is in the category "Pottery & Glass\Decorative Pottery & Glassware\Vases". The seller is "artfaub" and is located in this country: US.
