Rare Antique Cameo Left Facing 10kt Gold Frame Victorian Hand Carved Filigree

Some wear and tarnish from age. Piece is very clearly marked with 10kt. Clasp works great but does have a small amount of build up. This piece has a break.

However, it is a rare left facing antique cameo. The jump ring is mechanical and can be turned in or out. Measures 1 1/2" long x 1" 1cm wide. Please let me know if you have any questions.
