Rare Victorian Set of 10 Fireplace Tiles, Hand Painted 1885. Here we have for sale a very rare complete set of original Victorian fireplace tiles. The tiles are completely hand painted. We believe that the set is made by the Decorative Art Tile Co, around 1885. These have been removed from an old fireplace which has his Rd. Will supply picture of the original fireplace fitted in situ (fireplace also available for sale in different listing). When removed two of the tiles where already broken but repaired(can't really notice the repairs for an untrained eye). The tiles measures 6" x 6" each. These will be good to be reinstalled on your fireplace or they may look good framed if you collect Victorian tiles.
