SINGLE BUTTON CLOSES THE REAR. BOTTOM IN HAND SEWN RUCHED GATHERING WITH SCALLOPS OF RUFFLES FULLY AROUND. CONDITION : SMALL FRAY SEEN TO THE TOP EDGE OF THE WAISTBAND, ONE SMALL HOLE JUST BENEATH THE WAIST BAND. ONE BUTTON NEEDS TO BE STITCHED BACK.
