VICTORIAN 19TH C HAND MADE TAMBOUR LACE SHAWL 4 DRESS W UNUSUAL BLACK OUTLINE. DATING TO THE VICTORIAN 19TH C. FASHIONED OF A HAND MADE WHITE TAMBOUR ON A FINE COTTON NET GROUND. EACH END WIDENS INTO A FULL BELL WITH SCALLOPED EDGE. THE PATTERNS ARE UNUSUAL AS THEY ARE HIGHLIGHTED IN BLACK STITCHING.
