Victorian Hand Sterling Silver Necklace Goat Capricorn-Aries Pendant Memento Mor

The chain is 26 and is sterling silver. I could not find a stamp on the chain, and have included a test pic to verify that it is sterling. The hand is stamped 835 and there is a maker mark. I would venture to guess this was made in Europe. The goat is very detailed and appears like a cameo on a shiny pink iridescent background atop a white peak/hill.

The cuff and the fingers are very well done. I don't know the material that is used to create the enclosed image. 26g is the total weight of the necklace.
