Victorian Porcelain Portrait On Jet Brooch

19th century porcelain on jet brooch featuring a hand painted young man (Tyrolean) with a bow tie and fabulous feathered hat! With a c clasp enclosure. For the most part, very good condition but there is a small chip on the right side of the jet by the feather.
